Managing Stress in Everyday Life

Stress is an inevitable part of everyday life. Learning how to manage stress is key. This session will present information on positive and negative stress, symptoms of stress and burnout. Participants will have an opportunity to complete a burnout self-assessment and learn how to do a stress inventory. Maladaptive and adaptive coping skills will be discussed with a focus on stress reduction strategies and the importance of having a healthy life balance. Call 239-252-7542 to reserve a seat.
