Gaming in libraries promotes shared learning experiences and builds library communities. Besides being fun for players, gaming encourages important values. The American Library Association organizes an initiative every year to reconnect communities through their libraries around the educational, recreational, and social value of all types of games. Come in to the Immokalee Branch Library all month for a variety of games and challenges. You are encouraged to bring your favorite family game to sit down and share with others or the Library will provide some games for those that may not have a favorite.
