Stress Relief Meditation & Chi-Do

Join us for a unique wellness experience combining a seated guided meditation and Chi-Do, a gentle flowing form of moving meditation. Open to all levels, this calming session invites you to Take a mindful pause to release stress, restore balance, and leaves you feeling centered and refreshed. The Chi-do session will last for 15 minutes prior to the start of the meditation session. You are welcome to join for either Chi-do, Meditation, or both!
